Specialist Responsible for Perigon and IT Support Spitex (40%)

Tasks

• You take on the specialist responsibility for the performance recording system Perigon and are the first point of contact for employees with questions about Perigon and other digital applications.
• You support the introduction, further development and optimisation of digital solutions and processes and participate in IT and digitalisation projects.
• You conduct training sessions. In addition, you create and update application documentation.
• You coordinate support requests, collaborate with internal and external IT departments and manage user rights according to the applicable authorisation concepts.
• You test new functions, releases and system adjustments and support their implementation in everyday work.

Profile

• Completed training in computer science, media technology, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience with Perigon, ideally in the Spitex sector, as well as a strong IT affinity
• Enjoyment in supporting employees in dealing with digital applications as well as experience in application support and conducting training sessions
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a quick grasp of new concepts
• Confident German language skills, good communication abilities and interest in process optimisation and digitalisation
