Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In your future role, you will be co-responsible for the development and implementation of the ServiceNow AI and automation roadmap. Identifying, evaluating, and prioritising AI use cases are as much part of your position as designing and implementing solutions based on Now Assist and other AI features.
Responsibilities:
Building intelligent assistants, AI agents, and automated service processes
Conducting proof of concepts and pilot projects
Transitioning successful solutions into productive operation
Advising customers and internal stakeholders on the sensible use of AI
Further developing architecture, standards, and governance for the use of AI within ServiceNow
Promoting high data quality as the basis for successful AI solutions
Active knowledge transfer within the ServiceNow team
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect, or Senior Consultant
Sound knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ideally other modules such as CSM or ITOM
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation solutions
Proven practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search
Experience in designing and implementing productive AI solutions
ServiceNow certifications
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
