The Outpatient Nursing and Psychiatric Care Central Switzerland Ltd (AKPZ) is a dedicated outpatient nursing service specialising in psychiatric care and support. We accompany people in the cantons of Zug and Schwyz in their familiar homes and support them in maintaining their independence, stability and quality of life.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and responsible
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (20–100 %)
Your tasks
- Professional nursing and care of our clients in their home environment
- Conducting nursing assessments as well as planning, implementing and evaluating individual nursing services
- Ensuring professional and holistic nursing care
- Advising and supporting clients and their relatives
- Collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialist agencies
- Independent organisation of daily nursing routines and careful documentation
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- Professional experience in outpatient care is an advantage
- Responsible, independent and flexible working style
- Enjoyment of direct contact with people and individual care
- High social competence and commitment to high-quality nursing
- Driving licence category B
