We are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual as Head of Office Accident Benefits German-speaking Switzerland from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

In this central role, you will significantly contribute to providing our customers with first-class service even in challenging situations. Together with your team, you will promote customer-oriented, efficient, and future-focused service delivery. Furthermore, you will actively drive the further development of the office and make a substantial contribution to the continuous optimisation of our services as well as the future-oriented development of Vaudoise. You will identify improvement potentials, initiate impulses, and sustainably shape changes.

These diverse tasks await you:

• Professional, personnel, and organisational leadership of the Accident Benefits Office German-speaking Switzerland
• Leadership, promotion, and development of three group leaders and around 30 employees
• Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and customer-oriented claims processing in the field of accident insurance
• Responsibility for target achievement, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Active quality and complaints management as well as monitoring of relevant key figures
• Representation of the office towards internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects and active development of processes, organisation, and digitalisation
• Support of the person responsible for UVG Switzerland in implementing the divisional strategy

What distinguishes you:

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role and the ability to successfully develop teams
• Several years of professional experience in the claims area of accident, personal, or social insurance
• You hold a Swiss federal professional certificate or a comparable qualification
• You impress with your strong leadership and communication skills as well as decisiveness
• Analytical thinking, high customer orientation, and enthusiasm for change and optimisation processes
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form and good French skills are an advantage
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
