YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
Initiation, management and implementation of exciting projects and subprojects in the Abacus area (SVM / ABEA)
Support, configuration and further development of the Abacus modules ABEA (order processing) and SVM (service & contract management)
Analysis of individual requirements from various company areas
Optimisation and further development of existing ERP-supported business processes
Creation and maintenance of well-founded requirement specifications including use cases, UI templates,
process descriptions and test documents
Design and further development of processes, reports and evaluations
Maintenance and further development of interfaces to third-party systems
2nd-level support and training of users and power users
Close cooperation with internal specialists and external development partners
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
Mandatory proven experience in project management and application of Abacus in the modules SVM / ABEA
Sound knowledge in the parameterisation of Abacus modules and in the design of business processes
Good knowledge in business analysis and requirements engineering
Experience with the AbaBau application is an advantage
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented working style and strong sense of responsibility
High quality awareness in complex ERP processes
Enthusiasm for IT topics and affinity for digitalisation in the SME environment
