Role:
Your Mission
You ensure that our cloud platforms are operated technically reliably, securely, and efficiently.
You work at the interface between server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
You ensure that our services are sustainably developed through standards, automation, and continuous optimisation.
Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure
Operation and maintenance of the network and server infrastructure of our cloud platform
Implementation of standardised cloud platforms
Ensuring stable and reliable technical operations
Participation in the further development of existing cloud services
Analysis & Troubleshooting
Analysis of technical faults and error conditions
Support in sustainable fault resolution
Optimisation of existing cloud services and infrastructure components
Participation in 2nd-level support
Security & Standards
Compliance with ISO-27001 and ISMS guidelines
Participation in secure and standardised operational processes
Support in the continuous improvement of technical standards
Automation
Automation of new and existing processes with PowerShell
Reduction of manual and recurring tasks
Further development of efficient and comprehensible operational procedures
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Completed basic training as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology or platform development
Several years of practical experience in system engineering or system technology
Microsoft & Cloud
Very good knowledge of the Windows server environment
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure basic services
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
Other Technologies
Basic knowledge in the administration of Linux servers
Experience with PowerShell and automation is an advantage
Personality
Enjoyment of technical analyses and sustainable resolution of complex problems
Structured and independent working style
Experience and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Interest in the continuous further development of existing technologies and processes
Languages
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills at least at B1 level
