You analyse complex issues related to defined Abacus applications in 2nd level support and develop professionally and technically sound solutions.
Together with product management and development, you test new functions, check bug fixes and support the continuous development of the software.
You conduct practical training sessions for users and partners and impart knowledge for the safe and efficient use of the Abacus programmes.
You create clear documentation on solutions, workflows and best practices, ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
Education: Business administration training or further education at EFZ, HF or FH level with an interest in further development towards IT
Process understanding: Good understanding of business processes and interest in their technical implementation
IT affinity: Analytical, curious mindset and solid technical understanding
Communication: Enjoyment in exchanging with different stakeholders and a solution-oriented working style
German: Flawless written and spoken
