Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and operation of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops in complex IT environments
Support and further development of software distribution using Ivanti DSM as well as automation of processes
Management and optimisation of the Microsoft Intune environment for device and policy control
Ensuring stability, performance and security of the workplace infrastructure
Execution of migrations, updates and technical 2nd-/3rd-level support in the endpoint environment
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (at least EFZ) or equivalent qualification in system technology
Solid knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Microsoft Intune and Ivanti DSM
Experience in PowerShell scripting, Windows client/server administration as well as with M365 and Entra ID
Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs and basic network and security concepts
Very good German skills (at least C2)
