About the job
Attached to the Medical-Administrative Service, the rheumatology medical secretariat is an essential link in the patient journey. Comprising medical assistants and consultation secretaries, it not only ensures reception but also manages all the medical-administrative tasks for patients, thereby contributing to the smoothness, quality, and continuity of their care.

Your duties
- Welcome and direct patients
- Handle telephone enquiries and provide information to various internal and external partners
- Organise the service appointments according to current procedures
- Ensure follow-up of billing for various outpatient services
- Manage patients’ electronic and paper medical records
- Type medical reports
Your profile
- Federal VET diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- Medical secretary diploma is an advantage
- Several years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written command of French and mastery of medical terminology
- Proficient with common IT tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficient with medical applications CAREFOLIO, OPALE and DIS-RAP
