For the strategic further development of the digital environment, a personality is sought who combines artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation with a clear business focus. The focus is on developing an AI strategy, identifying relevant use cases, and sustainably anchoring new technologies in the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Development of the digital and AI strategy including building a long-term AI roadmap
Identification and implementation of relevant use cases in the areas of AI, M365 Copilot, and automation
Exploitation of potentials for efficiency, quality, and customer benefit
Collaboration with specialist departments, management, IT as well as data protection, compliance, and information security
Ensuring a safe and responsible use of AI considering data protection, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements
Building a digital innovation and learning culture including a power-user network
Managing stakeholder engagement at management and specialist department levels
Transparent communication of opportunities, risks, and progress
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives
Proven experience in implementing projects with measurable business benefits
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud, data, and automation
Experience in developing and implementing digitalisation or AI strategies
Experience in leading cross-departmental projects
Confident appearance and strong communication skills at management, specialist, and IT levels
Understanding of governance, data protection, and information security
Fluent German language skills
