Set new standards and shaping the future together. With us, you don't just tick tasks off a list. You work alongside people who take responsibility, set high standards and have the courage to try new approaches. We believe trust and performance go hand in hand. Your ideas, your initiative and your contributions are what really matter to us. You will have the opportunity to make a difference for our customers, your team and your own personal development. The IGA / IAM Requirements Engineer acts as the central translation function between the business, market units, governance, architecture, service owners and the engineering partner. The role converts demands into clear specifications, user stories, backlog items and verifiable acceptance criteria.
What you'll be doing
- You capture requirements from market units, group functions and projects and structure the relevant demand intake channels
- You analyze business needs and clearly distinguish between must-have requirements, wishes, exceptions and special solutions
- You assess the degree of standardization, actively challenge local deviations and translate local needs into group-wide standards
- You document functional and non-functional requirements as well as technical process descriptions in a traceable and verifiable way
- You conduct impact assessments on processes, roles, data, architecture, operations and compliance
- You review and define API documentation, interface descriptions, technical solution outlines and architecture diagrams
- You carry out gap analyses, root-cause analyses and further functional and technical assessments
What you'll bring to the role
- Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or a comparable role in an IAM or IGA environment
- Understanding of technical contexts in order to formulate feasible, secure and operable requirements
- Ideally at least two years of experience with One Identity Manager and typical IAM landscapes
- Knowledge of interfaces to Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and eDirectory; basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and quality-conscious way of working, as well as the ability to break down complex requirements, role models and process dependencies in a clear and systematic way
- Clear and confident communication with the business, governance, architecture, service owners, engineering partners and market units
- Goal-oriented facilitation of workshops, constructive handling of different interests and convincing representation of group-wide standards
- Fluent English skills; good German skills are an advantage
Collaboration that makes a difference
We believe in genuine collaboration, mutual trust and people who are willing to take responsibility. Different perspectives help us to develop better solutions, both for our customers and for us as a team.
