To strengthen our team in the Administration area, we are looking from 08.06.2026, for a fixed term until 27.06.2026, at the Nyon site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Customer Service Assistant, 20%.
Your responsibilities
- You handle customer requests and complaints and quickly and easily find solutions.
- You provide comprehensive and competent advice on assortment and service, covering both our offline and online offerings.
- You enter orders for our customers on a tablet in the online shop, thus offering a unique and complete shopping experience.
- You are the contact person for complaints and returns in the online shop.
- You are an expert regarding our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programmes.
- You perform general administrative tasks in the back office.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have a complete basic training in retail or in the commercial sector.
- You have experience in a similar role, preferably within a Customer Service department.
- You are a communicative person and enjoy being in contact with different categories of people.
- You are able to manage a high volume of customers and maintain an overview even in the busiest situations.
- You enjoy working in a team and value a neat appearance and exemplary behaviour.
- You have good IT skills and use common Office applications with ease.
- You speak French fluently and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
- You have a clean debt collection register extract and a clean criminal record extract.
