Pronovo actively shapes this future on behalf of the federal government: We manage funding programmes for renewable energies and are responsible as an accredited certification body for guarantees of origin (GO) for electricity as well as fuels and combustibles.
The one-time remuneration department makes an important contribution to the expansion of photovoltaics in Switzerland by reviewing incoming funding applications and paying out funding contributions. As part of the team, you help shape this development.
For our team processing funding applications for solar systems as well as other related tasks, we are looking for a
Clerk Renewable Energies - Customer Service French 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
About usWhat you can achieve:
- Processing incoming funding applications for photovoltaic systems
- Clarifying open questions regarding funding applications, obtaining missing documents, and regular telephone and written contact with our customers
- Exchange with other specialist departments and joint clarification of questions concerning the funding applications
- Use of French language skills in customer contact as well as supporting the team with French-speaking concerns and translations
- Participation in improving our processes and contributing ideas from everyday work
What you bring:
- Very good French skills (C1 level or native speaker) and good German skills are mandatory for this position
- Strong service orientation and a consistently customer-focused way of thinking and acting
- Enjoyment of a dynamic environment with a high volume of business
- Enthusiasm for learning new things, working across teams, and engaging actively with an exciting subject area
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Careful, structured and independent working style
