Your Tasks

• Support and advice for our customers via telephone and email
• Answering questions about products, orders and deliveries
• Handling customer concerns, complaints and returns
• Finding customer-oriented and straightforward solutions
• Recording and processing orders and customer enquiries
• Collaboration with internal departments
• General administrative tasks in customer service
• Ensuring friendly and professional communication with our customers

Your Profile

• German as a native language or very good German skills at native level
• Very good French skills (at least level C1) – you should be able to easily conduct conversations with French-speaking customers
• Enjoyment in contact with people and customer support
• Friendly, helpful and professional demeanour
• Good communication skills and a strong service orientation
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Good PC user skills
