Your Role with Us
- You are the first point of contact for IT enquiries, provide 1st and 2nd level support to our SME clients, and, if necessary, carry out support assignments on site at customers.
- You support our Platform Engineers and Solution Architects in their daily work for our customers and all our employees with internal technical concerns.
- You forward complex technical and coaching-specific enquiries to our technology or coaching experts.
- You assist with operational and maintenance tasks, monitor the monitoring and data backups, and engage with the latest technologies (focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, PRTG, Copilot and Veeam).
- You actively participate in internal projects and process optimisations.
What You Bring
- You work independently, in a structured and process-oriented manner with a high service and quality awareness.
- You are a communicative team player, love solving problems and pitching in with an ambitious team.
- You excel with good knowledge of modern system solutions in the Microsoft environment and have experience in network support.
- You have completed training in the ICT field (ICT specialist, computer science apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent qualification).
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the service desk – but this is not a must.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
