Call Agent / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) – Internal Sales

Introduction

LAYF GmbH is a dynamic and growing service company that supports private individuals and businesses with relocations and property sales. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and communicative personality for internal sales, who enjoys telephone work and has a convincing manner to win new orders and professionally advise our customers.

Your tasks

• Telephone contact with property owners and interested parties
• Clarify needs: rental, sale, management or other LAYF services
• Present our services clearly, sympathetically and professionally
• Arrange appointments for consultations, valuations, sales and rental orders
• Reliably document leads, conversation results and follow-ups in the CRM
• Maintain existing customer contacts and hand them over to the responsible specialist

Your profile

• Enjoyment of telephone communication and dealing with people
• Clear, friendly and convincing communication in German
• Sales-oriented, reliable and independent working style
• Experience in sales, customer service, call centre or real estate sector is an advantage
• Confident use of computer, email and CRM systems
• Swiss German and other languages are a plus
