You can contribute in this role
- Plan, lead and ensure the processes for creating orders (commands, instructions and regulations) and work aids (information sheets, brochures and posters) as well as the redesign of badges in the Operations Command
- Continuously maintain communication and coordination between customers and suppliers as well as the departments
- Advise and support the authors in the development of orders and work aids
- Ensure professional and content-related training and further education for the authors, taking into account the connections between the orders as well as the overarching guidelines and instructions
- Edit, coordinate and consolidate contributions to operational command and/or reports, orders and agreements
What makes you unique
- A commercial basic education complemented by further training in the technical field
- Further training and experience in project management (IPMA Level D) of complex projects and in controlling
- In-depth knowledge of the processes and legal requirements of the federal administration and the army is an advantage
- Excellent IT skills as well as sound knowledge of administrative procedures
- Active knowledge of at least two official languages

The Operations Command (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence centre, the Special Forces Command and the Military Police. Around 40% of the approximately 2,500 employees are civilians – from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.
