Your tasks

You take on versatile administrative and organisational tasks in our secretariat. In doing so, you support our project managers in day-to-day business and are the contact person for our customers, suppliers and partners. Together with a long-standing colleague, you rock our reception as well as the telephone switchboard and are the business card of our company.

Tasks

• Co-supervision of the telephone switchboard at the Rodtmattstrasse location including fixed shifts on Fridays as well as holiday cover for the main telephone operator
• Administrative support and relief of the project managers throughout the entire project cycle, from project preparation to project completion
• Active design and development of the project manager secretariat, including the creation and further development of tasks, workflows and processes
• Preparation of offers and invoices according to project manager specifications Receipt, recording and coordination of service orders
• General administrative support as well as processing of the correspondence arising

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent commercial school
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Enjoyment in contact with people Experience in managing offers, invoices and administration
• Good MS Office skills; experience with Abacus or a comparable ERP system is an advantage
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Service-oriented personality with enjoyment of a varied activity
