Microsoft Workplace & Endpoint Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
A versatile position in the field of Modern Workplace and Endpoint Management offers the opportunity to actively further develop a modern digital workplace environment. We are looking for a technically skilled individual with experience in Microsoft Client Management, Cloud Workplace, and the automation of IT processes.
You act as a link between engineering, support, and international IT teams. In doing so, you combine operational workplace management with process optimisation, technical documentation, and participation in cross-functional transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
Operation and optimisation of endpoint management solutions with Microsoft Intune and SCCM
Design and further development of Windows workplace environments including Windows Autopilot
Support the support organisation with technical queries and complex workplace requirements
Implementation of regional IT standards as well as development and maintenance of best practices and technical documentation
Automation of workplace processes and continuous improvement of the existing client infrastructure
Participation in international projects and coordination of technical issues with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field (EFZ or higher) and at least 3 years of practical experience in Microsoft Workplace Management
Very good knowledge of Intune and SCCM as well as experience with modern endpoint and cloud management concepts
Experience in automating IT processes and interest in further developing modern workplace technologies
Strong communication skills and talent for preparing, presenting, and reporting technical content in an understandable way
High initiative, structured working method, and ability to engage different internal teams for technical solutions
Very good German skills, good English skills
