The GA Weissenstein GmbH is the local provider of Internet, TV and Mobile and supplies its customers with the multiple award-winning Quickline products.

To complement our sales back office team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable

Employee* Sales Back Office Telecom Products
Employment level 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

• Telephone advice and sale of Quickline products
• Processing orders including credit checks and depot handling
• Handling general customer concerns
• Representing the GAW | Quickline values at the reception desk
• Participation in trade fairs and promotional campaigns

Your profile

• Completed training with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry
• OR career changer with a flair for customer service
• High sales motivation with a professional appearance
• Committed, resilient and communicative team player
• Curiosity, openness, flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong interest in telecommunications products and technical understanding
• Enjoyment in dealing with our customers and their diverse needs
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
