Our client is a traditional Swiss corporate group based in Central Switzerland. As an industrial and trading company, it combines various business areas under one roof and stands for quality, sustainable growth, and long-term entrepreneurial thinking. On behalf of our client, we are looking for an integral and strong leadership personality.

Your tasks
You will take overall responsibility for the finance and accounting of the corporate group and ensure professional financial management. This includes financial statements, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, as well as financial and liquidity planning. You will further develop controlling and management reporting, create sound decision-making bases for the executive board, and be responsible for tax coordination as well as cooperation with banks, auditors, and external partners. In addition, you will drive the digitalisation and optimisation of financial processes, lead the finance & HR specialist, and actively contribute to the further development of the company as a member of the executive board.

Your profile
You have a higher education in finance and accounting or a comparable business qualification as well as several years of experience in a responsible financial role. We expect sound knowledge of accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), controlling, budgeting, and consolidation. You use ERP systems and Excel routinely; BI experience is an advantage. Personally, you convince through entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style. As a trustworthy personality, you see yourself as a sparring partner for the executive board and managers.
