About us

Ubinas is a smaller, owner-managed property management company. In addition to classic management and administration, we realise our own new build and conversion projects. Management and administration are well established with us. We are now specifically strengthening the construction projects area.

Tasks

• Management of larger renovation, conversion and new build projects: You lead projects from the project idea to final acceptance.
• Construction management: scheduling, cost and quality control across all project phases
• Ensuring profitability through cost control, budgeting and return analyses
• Contact person and coordination with architects, specialist planners and contractors
• Negotiations and coordination with authorities (building permits, requirements)
• Interface to internal management and administration
• Support for management and administration in the evaluation and development of new projects

Profile

• Training or further education in construction management, site management or architecture – or comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
• Experience in managing renovation, conversion and new build projects, ideally in residential and commercial construction
• Sound understanding of cost, schedule and quality management as well as the profitability of property projects
• Confident handling of Swiss standards (BKP, SIA norms) as well as experience with approval procedures
• Negotiation skills, independent working style and entrepreneurial thinking
