To complement our team, we are looking for you from 1 December 2026 as
Scientific Artistic Assistant BA Illustration 55%
Your tasks
- Organisation, coordination and administration of the degree programme in close cooperation with the programme management
- Planning, preparation and follow-up of meetings, commissions and events including minute-taking and documentation
- Maintenance and further development of the digital filing system as well as administrative processes in the degree programme
- Participation in internal and external communication, optionally social media
- Administrative support for teaching, degree programme and curriculum projects
- Point of contact for students, lecturers and administrative offices in everyday university life
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the administrative, organisational or creative field, ideally at a university, preferably in the field of illustration
- Initial experience in administration, organisation or university environment is an advantage
- Preferably 1-2 years of professional experience after studies; own artistic-creative practice is desirable
- Interest in illustration, design and art
- Structured, efficient and independent working style
- Confident handling of common office applications (Microsoft Office)
- Communication skills and knowledge of German and English
- Enjoy working with students, lecturers and administrative offices
- Flexibility in working hours
