Reimbursement Officer (100%)
As a Reimbursement Officer, you support our team with prescription procurement as well as billing with health insurance companies and are in daily contact with medical practices, care homes, Spitex, and patients. With your professional manner on the phone, your accuracy, and your sense of responsibility, you contribute significantly to smooth processes in the sensitive healthcare environment. You contact medical practices by phone to obtain prescriptions, take over follow-up including reminders and deadline management, and ensure that all information is correctly recorded and processed in our systems. In addition, you assist with billing and consistently ensure compliance with data protection and process requirements. Furthermore, you handle the processing and clarification of rejections from health insurance companies.
Skills:
- Experience in a call centre or customer service, ideally in healthcare or insurance
- Fluent German and French skills, Italian skills are an advantage
- Professional, friendly, and confident telephone communication as well as high accuracy and a structured working method
- Careful handling of sensitive patient and health data (data protection/confidentiality)
