Who are we looking for at Reiden Technik AG?
Do you love precision and technical challenges? With us, you take responsibility for programming, setting up and machining demanding large parts on the most modern CNC machines. You will be machining workpieces with dimensions of up to 1.5 x 2 metres and a weight of up to 4 tonnes. With your eye for quality and efficiency, you will further develop processes and actively contribute your ideas to our production. We look forward to hearing from you!

Your main tasks include:

• You work if necessary in a 2-shift operation from 05:00 to 13:30 or 13:30 to 22:00 and benefit from attractive shift allowances and additional flexibility in everyday life
• You manufacture demanding precision components for our own machines as well as individual and series parts for our customers. You bring complex workpieces precisely from CAM programming to the finished component.
• You create and optimise CAM programmes as well as machining strategies with regard to quality, efficiency and machining time.
• You carry out quality and dimensional inspections, monitor the production processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our production workflows.
• You independently set up, programme and operate our modern CNC milling and turning centres (RX10, RX12, RX18) and ensure a smooth production process.

Your profile:

• You have a completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ and feel at home on 5-axis CNC machining centres with Heidenhain controls.
• Experience in CAM programming (Mastercam an advantage) as well as setting up and optimising CNC machining are part of your daily work.
• Demanding components motivate you and bring out your strengths
• You work independently, precisely and reliably, have a high quality awareness and like to take responsibility.
• Good German skills, spoken and written
