For our Zurich-Oerlikon location, we are currently looking for a new team member in our UVG customer team. We are looking for a motivated, open-minded and flexible personality with lots of drive, who enjoys social insurance and likes working with people.

In accident insurance (UVG), you are the central contact person for our insured persons and employers. You work in a dynamic environment that offers you the opportunity to actively shape changes and have a direct impact on the quality of life of our customers.

What you do

• You check, assess and process claims in the UVG area - from registration to completion, to ensure quick and efficient handling
• You organise and coordinate daily allowance payments and medical costs to optimally support our insured persons
• You maintain close telephone and written contact with insured persons, employers and other partners to ensure transparent and customer-oriented communication
• You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the event of a claim and that the individual process steps are coordinated to guarantee high customer satisfaction
• You check coverage, claim history and other relevant details in benefit cases to create a sound basis for decision-making

What you bring

• Commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in claims handling in the accident insurance (UVG) area or comparable experience in the social insurance environment
• IT affinity and enjoyment of modern tools
• Confident German and high customer orientation
• Openness, honesty, team spirit and lots of drive
