About us

ISOTAB GmbH is a family-owned Swiss company. For over 25 years, we have been developing and producing high-quality thermal insulation elements and solutions for façades and external thermal insulation composite systems.

To lead and further develop our production, we are looking for an experienced, down-to-earth and assertive personality.

With us, you will not have a purely office-based role: you will be directly involved in production, lead your team personally and ensure that orders are manufactured efficiently, on time and to the required quality.

As part of a careful handover, you will work closely with our long-standing production manager and be comprehensively trained in our products, procedures and processes.

Your tasks

• Leadership, deployment planning and coordination of a production team of around 9 employees
• Planning, prioritising and monitoring ongoing production orders
• Ensuring quality, productivity and delivery deadlines
• Coordination of standard orders and customer-specific special productions
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and problems in day-to-day business
• Continuous improvement of workflows, organisation and production processes
• Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness and occupational safety

Your profile

For this position, we require practical leadership experience in a production, manufacturing or comparable craft-technical environment.

• Several years of professional experience in production, manufacturing, construction or a comparable technical environment
• Proven experience in leading and organising employees
• High commitment and flexibility during peak season
• Experience in production planning and work organisation
• Strong technical and practical understanding
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Assertiveness and a fair, respectful leadership style
• Good knowledge of German

A degree is not required for this position. What matters to us are practical experience, leadership skills and the ability to reliably organise production.
