In the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Dr med Angelo Bernardon), children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are treated. The clinic's integrated treatment offering includes an outpatient area with a central outpatient clinic as well as four outpatient clinics distributed across the canton, a consultation and liaison service, and an inpatient area with an acute ward, two psychotherapy wards, a day clinic and a clinic school. The teams consist of clinical professionals from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing and social pedagogy, and in the clinic school, teachers and special needs educators. The Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy is a teaching hospital of the University of Zurich and a certified training centre Category A.
Profile
- You have a degree in psychology at master’s level
- You possess solid clinical experience in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and are an accredited specialist psychologist
- Ideally, you have experience and knowledge in outreach work or are motivated to acquire knowledge in this treatment offering
- Ideally, you have leadership experience
- You are interested in a future-oriented treatment offering, are professionally and personally open-minded, approach challenges with a solution-oriented attitude and enjoy working in a networked environment
- You are resilient, have good work organisation and a sensitivity for the families entrusted to you
- You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to actively visit families in the canton of Aargau with a company vehicle
Tasks
- You ensure the professional, personnel and economic management of Home Treatment according to institutional guidelines and objectives under overall medical leadership
- You personally manage cases and lead the interdisciplinary treatment team
- You recruit new employees, support, develop and qualify your team
- You cooperate closely with other clinics of the PDAG, partner institutions, schools as well as, if applicable, private practices and coordinate collaboration with the involved support systems
- You are responsible for treatment documentation and final reports
