Your Tasks

• In the outpatient setting, you take on the psychotherapeutic assessment, treatment and counselling of patients and their relatives in individual and group settings.
• Your varied daily work includes individual conversations, multi-person discussions or conducting various psychotherapeutic group offerings as part of case management.
• For individually tailored treatment, you coordinate treatment processes, plan therapies and carry out psychometric assessments.
• In regular professional exchange with other practitioners, you actively contribute to reports, case discussions and further training.
• With your ideas and expertise, you actively help shape the development of a modern, evidence-based and versatile psychotherapeutic offering.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your psychology degree and already have experience in inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatry.
• You have already completed or will soon complete your federally recognised psychotherapy training.
• Ideally, you hold a professional practice licence for psychotherapy in the canton of St. Gallen or meet the requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
• Your interest lies in day-clinic and interdisciplinary treatment, where the individual needs of patients and relatives are consistently at the centre.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form at least at level C1 as well as enthusiasm for your continuous professional development complete your profile.

Your Salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 109,000 and 159,000 Swiss francs per year.

On the first day, you will be onboarded in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
