We are looking to support the IT Department with an experienced and qualified individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Your main tasks:

• Maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure of the municipal administration and primary school
• Operation and management of Windows and Apple devices, including software distribution, updates, and patch management
• Supporting employees with IT queries as well as independently analysing and resolving faults at various locations
• Processing and coordinating faults and service requests in Matrix42 and collaborating with external IT partners
• Monitoring system availability and implementing measures for data security
• Maintaining IT documentation, knowledge base, and inventories as well as further developing IT service processes
• Participation in IT projects as well as evaluation, procurement, and introduction of new hardware and software
• Deputising for the Head of the IT Department

Your profile:

• Completed IT training and several years of experience in IT support
• Practical experience with Microsoft networks, Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 as well as macOS and iOS
• Experience in device management and software distribution, ideally with Matrix42 Empirum and Jamf
• Knowledge of server and client virtualisation, for example with VMware or Citrix
• Experience with an IT service management system, ideally Matrix42, as well as knowledge of ITIL basics
• Experience in the IT environment of a municipal administration or school or willingness to familiarise yourself with it
• Open, friendly, and team-oriented personality
