Restaurants, hotels, cafés and other catering businesses rely daily on high service quality, modern technology and rapid on-site support. To strengthen the service team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who enjoys travelling, takes responsibility and delights in direct customer contact.

Field Service Technician 100% (m/f/d) | Eastern Switzerland Region

You ensure that professional coffee systems function reliably at the customers’ premises. As a service technician, you are on the road daily in Eastern Switzerland, supporting restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries and other commercial customers directly on site. You can expect a varied role with state-of-the-art technology, direct customer contact and a great deal of personal responsibility.

• Installation and commissioning of professional coffee systems
• Carrying out maintenance, service and upkeep work
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults on site
• Repairs and restoration work
• Quality checks and optimal adjustment of the devices
• Technical advice and support for customers
• Documentation of completed work using digital systems

We expect:

• You have completed a basic technical education, for example as:
• Automobile mechatronics technician EFZ
• Automation technician EFZ
• Automatic assembly technician EFZ
• Electrical installer EFZ
• Electronics technician EFZ
• Electromechanical technician EFZ
• Mechatronics technician EFZ
• Telematics technician EFZ or a comparable technical qualification.
