Our specialised competence centre supports people with special support needs on their way into the world of work. We offer individual assessments, practical training as well as tailored training programmes that are oriented towards the skills, interests and potentials of the participants. The aim is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise and a strong network.
A varied role awaits you in our small HR and finance team.
Your role: HR Specialist 50-60% with a focus on salary and social insurance
Start immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Independent execution of payroll administration including monthly payroll runs
- Responsibility for payroll accounting including reconciliations and year-end tasks
- Handling of social insurances (AHV, BVG, KTG, UVG)
- Administrative processing of daily allowance certificates for our participants
- Support with onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
- General support in personnel administration (contracts, changes, work references etc.)
- Maintenance of personnel files and HR systems (including time recording)
- Support in organising internal events and training sessions
- Deputising in accounts receivable and accounts payable
You bring with you
- Commercial basic training, further education in personnel management (e.g. HR specialist certificate) advantageous
- Several years of experience in payroll and personnel administration as well as good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law
- Experience in finance and accounting advantageous
- Confident handling of HR and finance IT systems and MS Office
- Precise, structured and independent working style
- Discretion in dealing with confidential data
- Service-oriented, resilient and a team player
- Organisational talent with a hands-on mentality
