Do you have solid experience in IT support and appreciate direct contact with users?To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who, with technical expertise, service orientation, and a solution focus, makes an important contribution to smooth IT operations.
Your Tasks
- As an experienced IT support staff member, you support and advise users on technical and application-related questions, thereby contributing to high user satisfaction
- You support users in 1st and 2nd level support – both by phone and on site
- Troubleshooting, preliminary analysis of fault reports, and forwarding to the responsible departments
- Knowledge and experience with an IT service management tool (Incident Management) are desirable, as well as participation in projects
- Provision, installation, and delivery of new hardware and software components
Your Profile
- Completed IT training or further education
- Several years of professional experience in IT support (at least 5 years), especially experience in the client environment (2nd level support)
- Very good knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system, as well as generally of Microsoft Office products
- Independence, reliability, and strong customer orientation
- Driving licence category B, good German skills (spoken/written)
