• You design and develop Modern Workplace solutions around Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID
• You analyse existing configurations and requirements, evaluate solution options, and develop well-founded decision bases
• You accompany product evaluations and migrations and continuously develop existing Modern Workplace services
• You define standards for collaboration, access, permissions, and data storage and coordinate these with IT security and compliance
• You implement solutions technically yourself, support projects in planning, testing, and introduction, and ensure the documented handover to operations
• You document solutions comprehensibly, share your knowledge within the team, and drive the standardisation of Modern Workplace services

This is what sets you apart

• Completed training in computer science, ideally supplemented by advanced professional training in computer science or business informatics or comparable further education
• Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in solution design or engineering
• Sound knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune as well as good knowledge of Entra ID
• Practical experience in the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365, both in the admin centres and with PowerShell
• Experience in the conception, technical implementation, and introduction of solutions as well as ideally in migrations and product evaluations
• Independent and structured working style as well as the ability to prepare technical content understandably for different stakeholders
• Fluent German skills (native level) as well as good English skills
