Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the further development of digital applications - Client Lifecycle (Onboarding - E-Banking). You plan and conduct regression tests for Change-the-Bank releases as well as for extraordinary infrastructure issues and coordinate release rollouts.
Responsibilities:
Leading projects to improve or introduce new solutions until transition to operations
2nd and 3rd level support, incident management, and SLA monitoring for a growing portfolio of applications
Link between business and IT and clear documentation of requirements and responsibilities at the application interface
Identifying optimisation potentials and driving incremental improvements with a focus on customer benefit
Close collaboration with the Business Engineering team, specialist departments, IT, and external partners
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for business-critical applications - ideally in banking or a similarly regulated environment
Strong in creating requirements and concepts; Jira and Confluence are your daily companions
Solid understanding of modern application landscapes; knowledge of Avaloq/Finnova environments is an advantage
Experience with test and release methodology (especially regression testing) as well as incident and problem management
Understanding of regulatory requirements for software in operation is an advantage
Structured, customer- and solution-oriented working style and the ability to keep an overview even in intense phases
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration between business and IT
