Technical Office Team Leader (m/f) 80-100%

Profile

• Master’s degree in energy, thermal engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with management of a technical team.
• Strong knowledge of heat production plants and thermal networks.
• Experience in sizing, technical calculations and costing of thermal installations.
• Leadership skills to unite and develop a team of specialists.
• Experience in managing technical projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in continuous improvement, digitalisation and development of technical standards and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the technical office team.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of thermal engineering solutions.
• Supervise studies, calculations, plans and costings of installations.
• Validate and challenge the technical and economic choices of projects.
• Develop technical standards, BIM and best professional practices.
• Coordinate the activities of the technical office with project managers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation and process optimisation.
• Manage department resources and monitor external design offices.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
