Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Credit Cards – 24/7

Are you looking for a varied role in the financial world where you can use your language skills daily? For our dynamic team in the credit cards sector, we are seeking motivated individuals to start immediately or by arrangement in a shift system (7x24h).

Your area of responsibility

• Customer advice: Telephone and written support for credit card customers regarding questions about statements, limits and services.
• Security management: Immediate processing of card blocks in case of loss or theft.
• Fraud prevention: Identifying and handling suspicious transactions (fraud monitoring).
• Administration: Updating customer data and general back-office tasks.

What you bring with you

• Language skills: Fluent German (C1/C2) combined with very good knowledge of French
• Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work irregular shifts (day, late, night and weekend work in a 24/7 model).
• Impeccable reputation: Due to banking regulations, a clean central criminal record and debt enforcement extract is mandatory.
• Customer focus: High service orientation, patience and excellent communication skills.
• IT affinity: Confident use of the PC and quick familiarisation with new systems.
