Development and enforcement of technical security policies for Windows and Linux systems, taking into account established standards such as CIS Benchmarks.
Establishment of robust operational and monitoring concepts including automated processes, technical instructions, and controlled software changes.
Detection, assessment and handling of cybersecurity incidents as well as implementation of effective immediate measures and sustainable protection solutions.
Technical integration of compliance requirements into existing IT environments, ensuring traceable documentation and development of information security and data protection concepts (ISDS).
Coordination with internal infrastructure and security teams as well as relevant specialist departments to further develop technical protective measures and security processes.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or comparable qualification; certificates such as LPIC-2, AZ-800/AZ-802, CompTIA Security+ or GSEC are advantageous or can be obtained subsequently.
Experience in administration and securing of Windows and Linux servers as well as knowledge of PowerShell, Group Policies, Ansible and OpenSCAP.
Familiarity with CIS security policies, technical hardening procedures and systematic review of server configurations.
Knowledge of information security, data protection, access control and regulatory compliance requirements.
Independent and analytical working style, strong sense of responsibility and communication skills in exchange with various specialist areas; experience in the public sector is a plus.
Work location and residence: The position is not remote and requires on-site work. Residence in Switzerland, willingness to relocate to Switzerland or work as a cross-border commuter is required.
