Advise customers by phone & in writing
- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲
Master remote & on-site installations
- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲
Configure our products (Access, SQL, IIS)
- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲
Solve problems - even tricky ones
- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
User training directly at the customer
- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
IT services: MS products, networks, firewall
- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱

🔧 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
Experience in the software industry or IT training an advantage
Top knowledge in Access & SQL
Windows servers & networks are 𝗻𝗼𝘁 new to you
Driver’s licence for on-site customer appointments
Resilient, team player, independent, quick comprehension
Very good DE skills, good EN & FR, IT a plus

Training: Uster (Zurich) & Oberentfelden
Afterwards: Uster or Oberentfelden, each with home office option
