Senior Project Manager District Heating Networks (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your Tasks

Initiation and project management of district heating network projects

Assessment of feasibility based on prioritisation and resources

Review of offers and price negotiations

Interaction with all project stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, owners, etc.

Coordination and leadership of external planners/companies in project implementation (client representation)

Contract management with companies/planners and suppliers during project implementation

Your Qualities

Training as an engineer in mechanical engineering, HVAC or comparable

Proven experience in managing large investment projects (project management level C)

Very good communication skills and negotiation ability

Solid IT user knowledge

Driving licence (category B)

Experience in civil engineering is an advantage
