IT Supporter (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU DO
- Installation and maintenance of IT workstation systems (e.g. PCs, laptops), peripheral devices, network components and communication tools
- Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues – remotely, by phone or directly on site
- Support of 3rd-level support and external partners in solving complex cases, especially in the client and printer area
- Participation in exciting projects around clients, printers and networks as well as independent implementation of smaller technical projects
- Support of a wide range of client applications – both remotely and on site
- In addition to the main tasks, you are involved in the training of our apprentices as a practical trainer
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Windows domains (AD, DNS, DHCP, file and print servers)
- Sound knowledge of Windows 11, M365 and networking
- Knowledge in the area of printer systems
- Experience in training IT apprentices is an advantage
- High quality and sense of responsibility, reliability, flexibility, quick comprehension and strong communication skills
- Helpful team player with a strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Business fluent German skills, good English skills for IT technical literature
- Driving licence category B
