Specialist with enthusiasm for emergency medicine wanted. Together we are further developing the walk-in emergency at the Laufen Health Centre. Do you appreciate independent work, short decision-making paths and interdisciplinary collaboration? Then we look forward to meeting you.

• Exciting, responsible work in a small treatment team operating 24 hours a day
• Professional implementation of prescribed preventive and therapeutic measures for and with our emergency patients
• Co-care and nursing support of patients together with the qualified nursing staff at the emergency permanence
• Deployment mainly Mon-Fri: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (mid-shift)
• Independent organisation of back-office activities including ordering
• Handling of blood sampling, ECG and monitoring
• Collaboration with various departments, specialists and doctors
• Working according to Lean Hospital principles in a well-coordinated team
• The health centre is located in the Birscenter directly at Laufen station

Skills and potential

• Professional training as a Health Specialist (EFZ)
• Experience in IMC and/or emergency area is an advantage
• Advantageous: First-Look Nurse experience or willingness to train in this area
• Ideally experience in POCT laboratory, alternatively willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge
• High patient orientation and strong organisational skills
• Independent, structured working style and quick comprehension
