To support our sales back office at the headquarters in Zollikon, we are looking for a reliable and proactive individual with a quick grasp.
In this role, you will work closely with our real estate consultants and form an integrated advisory team with them at the mandate level across all business areas, from existing and investment properties to new builds and holiday homes. You will be responsible for defined market regions as the central contact person and ensure a professional, efficient, and customer-oriented process for all sales activities.
Coordinator Sales Back Office 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your core tasks:
Main contact person for defined market regions with close collaboration with real estate consultants at the mandate level (acquisition & sale) as well as active support throughout the entire sales process (lead to closing)
Ensuring smooth information flow and co-responsibility for service quality, appointments, and defined procedures; participation in regional team meetings
Support in the preparation of offers, contracts, exposés, and invoices as well as coordination of appointments, viewings, and marketing activities
Professional and solution-oriented communication with customers (phone & email)
Sending and follow-up of documents as well as recording customer inquiries until completion
Maintenance of the CRM system, participation in process optimisation, and active involvement in digitalisation initiatives
Contribution to the further development of the holiday property business area, building and maintaining the partner network, and coordinating collaboration between customers and partners
Occasional on-site support at evening events at the House of Real Estate
Your profile:
Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in sales back office or a comparable function
Very good German skills and good English skills
Good knowledge of sales and order processing procedures as well as daily interaction with customers
Confident handling of CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous) and common MS Office tools
Strong interpersonal skills: You enjoy working in a team and actively support colleagues
Solution-oriented thinking, initiative, and strong implementation skills in daily business
Distinct customer and service orientation with a professional, friendly demeanour
