Responsibilities:
- You set up servers, PCs, laptops, telephony and peripheral devices at the customers' sites.
- You support customers with IT problems through remote maintenance or on-site assignments.
- You carry out regular maintenance work on the customer infrastructure.
- You monitor the systems to ensure operational readiness.
- You intervene proactively in potential problems before they become critical.
- You ensure high customer satisfaction through reliable support and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed your professional training as an IT specialist EFZ.
- You are either a recent graduate or have already gained one year of professional experience in this field.
- You bring knowledge of the Microsoft environment and have experience with VMWare as well as Hyper-V.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Additionally, you hold a valid category B driving licence.
