Internal Service Employee (m/f/d) General Agency of Lugano

What Awaits You

In your role as an Internal Service Employee, you work closely with the broker and sales team, actively contributing to the satisfaction of our clients and partners and to the growth of the General Agency of Lugano.

Your Contribution

Your main tasks include providing administrative support in managing and processing client requests and, with the support of the Agency and Management specialists, assisting insurance consultants and brokers in Life and Non-Life branches. Your duties also include preparing, verifying, and updating offers and policies, as well as managing correspondence with clients, partners, and insurance companies.

Your Skills

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in the insurance sector or in support functions
• Ease of contact in client relations
• Precise, reliable, and structured working method
• Teamwork attitude
• Good command of main IT tools
• Native Italian speaker with good knowledge of German and/or French
