Ensuring electricity supply in Switzerland

In this exciting role, you play a central part in the transformation and further development of our company. You are responsible for the professional execution and achievement of IT projects in the Grid Infrastructure area, thereby making a significant contribution to achieving our corporate goals. Your tasks include:

• Planning and active management of IT projects using agile and traditional project management methods to achieve objectives regarding scope, deadlines, costs, and quality across all project phases
• Leading project teams to ensure successful collaboration within projects and with the specialist departments
• Professional management of suppliers and preparation of tender documents
• Appropriate and reliable communication as well as consistent stakeholder management
• Ensuring project reporting and transition of projects into operations
• Development of complex project proposals and financial analyses

For the position of Senior IT Project Manager, we are looking for an outgoing personality who enjoys working with people. You remain calm even in hectic situations and are characterised by a strong goal orientation, solution focus, and assertiveness. Furthermore, you bring the following:

• Several years of experience in leading complex IT, process, and organisational projects; basic understanding of business process analysis as well as skills in requirements engineering, testing, and supplier management
• You enjoy presenting to diverse audiences at various hierarchical levels and possess strong presentation skills
• Initiative, reliability, and integrity are a matter of course for you
• A knack for team dynamics and the ability to bring "fresh energy" to the team
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
