The Clienia Group is one of the largest private providers of psychiatric services in Switzerland. With over 20 locations – including the private clinics Clienia Littenheid and Clienia Schlössli as well as the gerontopsychiatric services of Clienia Bergheim – it offers a diverse range of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment methods in outpatient, day clinic, and inpatient settings. Your Responsibilities
You will have overall responsibility for the human resources management of around 1000 employees of Clienia Schlössli AG and Clienia Bergheim AG. Together with your four-member team, you will ensure a modern, professional and service-oriented HR management.
As a member of the divisional management, you are an important contact person and competent sparring partner for managers and employees on all personnel-related and labour law issues.
Your further key areas include:
- You continuously develop our HR strategy and HR processes and implement them effectively together with your team.
- You strengthen our employer branding and position Clienia as an attractive and future-oriented employer.
- You accompany and shape group-wide HR projects, promote the standardisation and further development of HR processes and actively contribute your professional expertise. Together with your team, you implement these HR topics effectively within the organisation, thereby creating sustainable added value for managers and employees.
- You are an active member of the HR committee and, in close collaboration with the other clinics of the Clienia Group, make an important contribution to the further development of group-wide HR work. You help ensure that uniform standards are developed and implemented.
- You also enjoy working operationally on a regular basis and, together with your team, ensure the basic services of HR services.
Your Profile
You have at least five years of qualified HR experience in the healthcare sector in the German-speaking part of Switzerland as well as proven long-standing leadership and consulting experience. Ideally, you are familiar with psychiatry and have already led a small, generalist HR team.
In addition, you hold a recognised HR professional qualification and further training at FH, MAS, MBA or comparable level.
You are professionally proficient in the central operational HR topics and have a good understanding of economic contexts. As a leader, you convince through empathy, integrity, clarity and conflict competence. You combine strategic thinking with strong implementation skills and communicate on an equal footing with different professional groups, strengthen the managers’ personal responsibility and make comprehensible and clear decisions even in challenging situations.
