We are looking for a Head of HR to start immediately or by arrangement, who will act as a strategic and operational sparring partner for managers and employees.

Head of HR (100%)

Your tasks:

• Preparation, processing and posting of the monthly payroll, including withholding tax
• Execution of all year-end tasks including payroll reconciliations
• Processing of registrations/changes/exits with social insurance providers
• Advising and supporting internal contacts including clinic managers on all legal and strategic HR matters
• Responsibility for any legal cases in cooperation with our legal expenses insurance
• Accompanying employees from entry to exit and ensuring a smooth process flow
• Creating contracts, amendments, terminations, exit letters as well as work references
• Ensuring a smooth payroll process during M&As and coordinating with the broker for any insurance connections
• Absence management (daily sickness benefits, accident insurance, maternity leave, military service and compensation insurance)
• Leading 3 committed HR employees
• Active participation in strategic HR projects of the Colosseum Dental Group in close cooperation with the group and HR colleagues from other European country entities, including participation in annual workshops abroad

Your profile:

• HR specialist certificate or alternatively payroll specialist with further training in labour law and social insurance
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Ideally experience with the implementation of new HR systems (Workday)
• You can communicate with employees at all levels and are able to convey information clearly and understandably
• An entrepreneurial and networked way of thinking characterises you
• You enjoy working in a team and can operate successfully in a complex structure
• You bring fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
