From the headquarters in Winterthur, the 5-member international ICT Finance & HR team operates the group-wide Finance/Controlling and HR systems (SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, BLP, SAP Concur, Tagetik, SuccessFactors and Interflex). Our mission is to provide our stakeholders with a stable, high-performance system with high-quality data.
To strengthen our international ICT Finance & HR team, we are looking for an experienced leadership and project management personality with a strong understanding of finance, solid SAP expertise and a pragmatic hands-on mentality.

Your typical day
- Leadership responsibility & application support: As team leader, you and your team take responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of our finance, controlling and HR applications (SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, BLP, Concur, Tagetik, SuccessFactors, Interflex etc.)
- Project management & application control: Independent management and implementation of ICT projects in the FI/CO and HR environment - from coordinating internal adjustments to confidently managing external partners including budget and cost responsibility
- Process consulting & documentation: You comprehensively advise the departments on the application and optimisation of processes and ensure clean documentation of all developments and interfaces
- Strategic roadmap & portfolio: You actively shape the application roadmap for Finance & HR and manage the balance between day-to-day business, optimisation and projects
Leading FI/CO Change Advisory Board: You take the lead in the Change Advisory Board and ensure that prioritised adjustments are implemented transparently and on time - Innovation driver (AI & Automation): You evaluate new technologies, automation possibilities and AI potentials for their concrete business benefits and advance Kistler digitally
Your profile
- Project management know-how & leadership skills: As a communicative team player with project management competence, you support and develop your team members appropriately to their audience to unlock their full potential
- Solid education & leadership experience: You have a degree in business administration, accounting, controlling and/or computer science as well as leadership experience in a comparable role in an international environment
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO & financial processes: Thanks to your solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and your broad understanding of finance and controlling processes, you effortlessly advise internal stakeholders in controlling competently and support them solution-oriented
- Structured working style & future affinity: Conceptual thinking and a methodical approach characterise you. Experience with other business applications as well as a strong affinity for AI topics bring additional advantages
- Language skills & documentation: You skilfully use your business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form when creating and revising process and customising documentation in the FI/CO area
