Loan Service Specialist - Loan Service Centre Clerk (a) 100% in Zollikofen

Your area of responsibility

• Written and telephone customer support and advice
• Recording, processing and invoicing of all DLS orders
• Organisation and coordination of instruments and implants for planned operations
• Recording of complaints
• Creation of RMA documents for invoiced loan shipments
• Support for field staff
• Assistance in coordinating first-user and long-term phases
• Professional support of apprentices in the Loan Service Centre
  
  

Your profile
You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification and convince with your strong customer and service orientation. Thanks to your very good MS Office skills, you work efficiently and in a structured manner. Experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage. You work independently, carefully and reliably, think in a networked way and keep an overview even in hectic situations. Organisational talent, teamwork skills as well as very good German, good French and basic knowledge of English complete your profile.
